1993 MAZDA RX7
The Mazda RX7 shown below belongs to Marshall Johnson. It was built by Peter Farrell Supercars. The car was featured in Super Street Magazine in April 1998. At that time it was still in its original red paint. After undergoing a transformation it was featured on the cover of Modified Magazine in March 2003. The car currently sits in a dormant state in a barn in Virginia. Perhaps it will accrue a large value at future auto auctions. There will come a time when old import sports cars like the rotary powered RX7 will be extremely hard to find in pristine form. That time is actually fast approaching as new cars get heavier and more electronically controlled. The pure lightweight, nimble sports cars are not so lightweight anymore.
